How FlexiSpaces works

FlexiSpaces, a product of TinyCode Technologies Pvt Ltd, is a marketplace that connects customers with coworking spaces and hosts for meeting rooms, conference rooms, training rooms and similar spaces. Your booking is a reservation of a space for a specific date and time slot provided by the host. This policy applies to all bookings made through FlexiSpaces.

Cancellation by you

• 8 hours or more before the booking start time: free cancellation. You get a full refund of the amount paid.
• Less than 8 hours before the booking start time: the booking is non-refundable.
• No-show or early departure: no refund.
• Bookings cannot be cancelled online less than 1 hour before the start time, or after the booking has started.
• Bookings cannot be modified once made. To change the date, time or space, cancel the booking (subject to the rules above) and make a new one.

Cancellation by the host or FlexiSpaces

• If the host rejects your request, does not confirm it, cancels it, or the space is unavailable or cannot be provided as described, you get a full refund.
• For bookings that need host confirmation, you are not charged until the host confirms and you complete the payment.

How to cancel

Sign in, open My Bookings, select the booking and choose Cancel Booking. You can also email us at hi@flexispaces.com with your booking ID.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or wallet) through our payment gateway.
• Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of the cancellation being approved and normally reach your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
• Bookings paid with FlexiSpaces wallet credit are refunded to the wallet.
• If you have not received a refund after 7 business days, write to hi@flexispaces.com with your booking ID and payment reference.

Delivery of service

FlexiSpaces sells access to physical spaces, so nothing is shipped. Your booking confirmation is sent by email and SMS immediately after payment (or after host confirmation, where required).
